Has anyone tried the Beta.
Worth the outlay on release?
Looks good on promo vid......interactive touchscreen etc then
saw the option for downgrade to vista/xp....
hard not to be a skeptic.

The Windows 7 RC will be available May 5, and you'll be able to download it from this site through July.

i try first beta -have licence key-
but problems with drivers.
For RC1 need new key or my 1st key valid?

Here's some news..

Quote out of an email I got from Microsoft.

On Tuesday, May 5 (PST), the RC will be available to everyone via our Customer Preview Program. As with the Beta, the Windows 7 RC Customer Preview Program is a broad public program that offers the RC free to anyone who wants to download it. It will be available at least through June 30, 2009, with no limits on the number of downloads or product keys available.

Just loaded win 7 64.
Np's to report so far.
From xp to 7 quite a jump with navigation the biggest hurdle.
Like playing 2x and then playing 3x
