Hi guys,

Having trouble finding where the command/file is located that instructs the server to load default map after a crash (or even when it's just started).

Now my server provider has a list of 20 or so default maps that I can choose from but I really want to get the server loading the same map after a crash. I know this probably has to be changed with every map change made.

Depends on your provider, some work with ArmyOps.ini others with server.ini, some do have a tool for it, like TCAdmin in that case you can go go the command line changer, if its a Game Server server you can go into the advanced config files after you logged in there

The default config files is armyops.ini. In which I can't see what or where the file I'm looking for is (if it's even there!)

No. After selecting the command line changer and selecting a new command line a list of 20 maps comes up, each with a box by them that you can place a check mark in to make it the default map.

UKGame.com is my provider. Now ofc I can just send a ticket to them....and perhaps I should as I was half expecting this to be easier than it probably is!!

Go,

I took a look there and your game panel is simmulair to the TCAdmin Panel.

Go into the game panel, click command line changer, then you see your default map, then click new (at bottom of the page) then fill in your map select it and save, go back to main screen of command line changer and you will see the old default map and the one you just made, select the new one and save, thats all.

There isn't anywhere to 'fill in'.

After clicking new the only option is to check a box (of which map you want as default). The only filling in I can do is the name of the command change.

You fill in the top line and first line check the box and save
